मैले यो देशी कम्पनी बाट IT मा काम गरेको लगभग चार वर्ष हुन लाग्यो. अहिले काम गरि राखेको कम्पनी बाट मलाई एकदम राम्रो फुल तैम को अफर आएको छ र सायद काम पक्का नै छ . तर आज येसो कम्पनी को policy हेरेको, non-solicitation मा मैले कुनै पनि client संघ १ वर्ष सम्म काम गर्न पौदैन भनेको राखेको रहेछ.
तपाई हरु को विचार मा क लाग्छ ? मैले त्यो कम्पनी येतिकै छोडेर येह फुल तैम गरे हुन्छ ?
देशी कम्पनी चाही Jersey मा छ र client चाही Minnesota मा छ. कोइ म जस्तै समस्या मा परेको छन् कि?

If you have GC then nothing to worry about. You can leave consultancy anytime. Ramro term cha bhane you can make some excuse and leave it. (Actually truth nai bhane pani kei farak pardaina). They cannot sue you or make you pay for leaving the consultancy.
