Few months back, somebody had a same problem and as far as I could remember, the suggester said "yes" so you might wanna go thru all the threads one-by-one heheee, if possible.....So, good luck!!!

yeh! You can go straight to the university u wanna join. Transfer the sevis from the university u have been registered. I had helped a guy having such case. No need to wait for any months or semester.
