I have seen enough threads regarding Canadian PR. But when I stumbled upon this problem I have no choice except to resort to sajhagoers. 'HOW DO WE EXCHANGE $$ TO CANADIAN DOLLARS AS MY BANK FLATLY SAID NO'?? As they only accept Canadian dollars for application fee etc. Appreciate your enormous help.

go to different bank. Which bank did you go to? take cash and ask the to make bank draft in Canadian dollars. if all fails ask you relatives back in Nepal to make bank draft in Canadian dollars.
