Applt to any top 100.All are good.If you are mediocre student think small city Universities like Mississippi State University,Oregon State University, University of Tennesse Knoxville.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have recently finished my GRE. It was not great but hoping the score around 1200-1300. Can you tell me what are the chances of getting scholarship?
