I live in US and i'm paying tax as an married since i came. But by miistake (may be knowingly) i filled the DV form as a single and now i'm in the step tp process. So , my tax are as married and can i process DV further as single? However, i have fiancee who is going to marry me after 1 yr. But thinking it will be easy i filled my tax as married. What should i do?? please suggest... harikancha
