I did a job during summer and obviously I showed my Social security number. Do I need to mention this in tax return form later on?

it is recommended that you fill out every W2 form that comes in through your mail.

If you are working illegally that is already a mistake. If you dont file tax on top of that. you are making a huge mistake.

So dont pile up your mistakes.

US govt is going to give you tax return even though you worked illegaly.

 

If you are legal, then also the answer is yes you need to file tax.

remember to be innocent is also a crime.

if you live here you need to know the law.
