my parents visa
for my graduation has been rejected. We are trying to reapply again
within few weeks. Do any of you know how many times  one can reapply
for visitor visa.. any specifics i can do to increase the chances??

Sorry to hear that, i think if you got rejected three times then you will have to wait for six months for another one. May i know why your parents were rejected. i hope this helps!

they said they dont have enough ties to come back to nepal... We are going to try again, i hope it works out on the second time.
