Hi Guys,
I have 3 years Bachelor Degree from Nepal and Pursuing MS is USA. Since last 1 year I am working on CPT as a full time employee. My company is ready to sponsor h1b this year but I am kind of worried that if I am eligible to apply for h1b because of my 3 years degree.
Any of you guys had if gone through the similar situation please share the experience.

It seems like you're from MUM. Sorry dude, I am naive about this. I don't know why MUM accepts 3 years Bachelors for their masters program. BTW You can always contact Nancy on this.

Besides, 3 years Bachelors, do you have a full time experience of at least 3 years, excluding the CPT? If yes, an educational evaluation could meet the required 16 years of education. Another possibility could be course by course evaluation including the grades you already have here. Good Luck!

Hay , it means: MUM- Maharshi University Of Management, Iowa www.mum.edu I guess. I also wounder if mum student working on cpt can file h1b. anyone have information plz share. thanks.
