my friend has 5 months left in his us visa. does he
need to reapply for visa or just can buy ticket and come here.
how long can he stay here if he comes with that visa.
any information on this will be appreciated

Buy ticket and come here. No need to reapply. He will be given another visa at port of entry and that will determine how long he stays here.Most likely six months.
