I am reaching out urgently regarding my TPS EAD, set to expire on 06/30/2024. Despite reviewing USCIS auto extension guidelines, I understand that my EAD, currently valid through auto extension, may not be further extended via Final Notice Extension. Seeking advice from HR knowledgable individual , or individuals knowledgeable in immigration matters, I am concerned about potential employment termination post 06/30/2024 without a new EAD. I kindly request guidance on any available steps to avoid such an outcome. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
